UK VAT
(Value Added Tax) @ 17.5% will be applied to all orders except for:
1)
Orders delivered outside the countries of the EU (European Union), and
also paid for from outside the EU and
2) Orders from non-UK EU businesses
giving their VAT Registration numbers, delivered within EU but outside the
UK.
Non-EU/exempt pay only the price shown.
Payment accepted by credit card or cash.
All goods remain the property of Direct Watch Company Ltd until paid for in
full.
Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without
notice.
Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made
within ten days of receipt.
All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised by Direct
Watch Company Ltd.
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned
item.
If part if these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect
the validity of the remainder.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancellation rights.
The buyer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days
without giving a reason from the day after the day the buyer receives
the goods. The buyer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
Where the buyer cancels, we will refund their payment within 30 days.
